Management of Descemet Membrane Detachment After Cataract Surgery

Dr. Vipul Arora manages a Descemet membrane detachment that occurred after cataract surgery. Undetected during surgery, the detachment was found the day after surgery when the patient had significant sectoral corneal edema. Air injection and fully filling the anterior chamber revealed the specific location of the tear.
