In this 1-Minute Video, Dr. Arsham Sheybani manages recurrent anterior chamber hyphema caused by an earlier bleb revision. Endoscopy revealed bleeding from the old sclerostomy site. After cutting the conjunctiva over the old trabeculectomy site, he cauterized areas with aberrant vessels over the old flap and makes new incisions on the same plane as the prior surgery. The flap is then closed with 10-0 nylon suture and a patch graft.
