Membrane Peel for Difficult PVR Membranes

In this 1-Minute Video, Drs. Xuejing Chen and Chirag Shah use the Tano Diamond Dusted Membrane Scraper to remove immature proliferative vitreoretinopathy (PVR) membranes. They stained the membrane with ICG and used internal limiting membrane ILM forceps to remove the prominent membrane almost en bloc. The Tano ccraper can also be used to remove residual gummy PVR membranes at the edge that are usually difficult to grasp with forceps.
