    In this 1-Minute Video, Dr. Arsham Sheybani demonstrates how to remove an overhanging bleb. The patient presented with counting fingers after trabeculectomy more than 6 years ago. Dr. Sheybani uses a Sinskey hook to dissect the cystic bleb off the cornea and uses a fluorescein strip to check for leaks. After surgery, he monitors healing of the corneal epithelial defect.
