In this video, Dr. Julian Perry shares pearls for direct brow lifting. Traditional approaches to browlift require surgeons to make an incision across the entire eyebrow, which can cause unsightly scarring. Instead, Dr. Perry recommends focusing solely on the lateral brow. When making a crescent-shaped incision along the brow, surgeons should aim for an ellipse or an S-shaped pattern. This technique should minimize scarring while achieving a full ptosis repair.
