The Micheletti Punch and Rescue technique can be used to salvage and recenter an IOL through a minimally invasive procedure of creating a hole in the IOL using a novel intraocular IOL punch. The approach can help salvage dislocated toric, multifocal, or extended depth-of-focus IOLs.
