Repair of Tractional Retinal Detachment with Viscodissection

In this 1-Minute Video, Dr. Ajay Kuriyan demonstrates the use of viscodissection to aid with complex tractional retinal detachment. Intraoperative OCT showed that the membrane was being elevated by the viscoelastic injection. Using the viscodissector cannula, blunt dissection was performed to separate the fibrous tractional membrane from the retina.
