    In this 1-Minute Video, Dr. Courtney Crawford manages a rhegmatogenous retinal detachment using a scleral buckle and vitrectomy. He places a scleral buckle band, removes all vitreous traction, creates a posterior retinotomy and performs an air-fluid exchange. Endolaser is used on the posterior retinotomy and along the vitreous surface.
