Dr. J. Morgan Micheletti describes a case of anterior proliferative epithelial cells on an IOL in a patient 10 years following cataract surgery. The patient also previously had a YAG capsulotomy for a posterior capsular opacification. He chooses to peel and aspirate the cells from the anterior surface of the IOL.
