The indications for an IOL implantation following cataract or clear lensectomy have significantly increased. Techniques for determining the proper IOL and power are presented. This presentation provides clear methods and techniques for determining the proper IOL and power for complicated cases and familiarizes the clinician with indications and limitations of specialty lenses, such as multifocal and toric IOLs.
