This video highlights 3 cases of postkeratoplasty glaucoma in which an Ahmed glaucoma valve was implanted via the pars plana. In the third case, the valve is rendered unusable intraoperatively, so the authors implant a silicone valve without pars plana clip and placethe tube through a 5-mm donor corneal lenticule in the pars plana. This modification prevents kinking in the tube, and IOP is controlled without any evidence of long-term complications.
