This video describes the surgical management of a dissecting filtration bleb in the presence of cataract. Blunt dissection is carried out with a Tooke knife followed by bleb amputation and cataract removal with lens implantation. The cornea is smoothed with a 64-Beaver blade, and the bleb site is stained with betadine to assess for possible wound leak. The surgery allows continued filtration function with improved symptoms and vision.
