Anterior Segment OCT Demonstrating Extraocular Muscle Insertions

In this presentation from Pediatric Subspecialty Day 2016, Dr. Stephen Kraft talks about recent studies that show anterior segment OCT (AS-OCT) as an alternative to ultrasound biomicroscopy (UBM), which requires the patient to sit steady for several minutes. AS-OCT is a noncontact modality, making it a quicker study, and has been found to be usable in children as young as 4 years of age.
