    Presented during the Cataract Spotlight at AAO 2017, this is a case of a 62-year-old patient who is referred for a traumatic cataract. Although there is no phacodonesis or vitreous prolapse, there is a shallow anterior chamber, moderate nuclear sclerosis, and a significant traumatic mydriasis.
