This video demonstrates how to perform vitreous surgery in patients with a permanent keratoprosthesis. Surgical steps described include identifying the correct sclerotomy sites, removal of retroprosthetic membrane, wide-angle visualization to achieve goals such as membrane peeling, foreign body removal, and retinal reattachment. Various approaches are required for patients with a modified osteo-odonto keratoprosthesis compared to a Boston keratoprosthesis.
