Chamber Shallowing, a Bloody Worry
By Brian C. Little, MA, DO, FRCS, FRCOphth
Annual Meeting 2013
Cataract/Anterior Segment
In this segment of the Spotlight on Cataract Complications, Dr. Brian Little recalls a case of sudden iris prolapse and flat anterior chamber in what seemed a routine cataract surgery. He offers an algorithm for discerning the source of the pressure in a hard eye, and then simple strategies for reversing the pressure to rescue the surgery.
The video symposium features 18 cataract experts who present their most challenging and unique surgical complications and the lessons they learned.
