This video illustrates management of Descemet's membrane perforation during anterior lamellar keratoplasty (DALK) and detachment of Descemet's membrane postoperatively. Fifteen cases that developed DP during DALK were managed by air bubble tamponade of Descemet's membrane against stroma or by gluing the perforation.
