The management of pediatric retinal detachment (RD) associated with Stickler syndrome is often challenging, as these patients usually require more than one surgery. This video presents different approaches used to manage 3 pediatric cases of RD with a giant retinal tear with successful anatomic reattachment. The first patient was treated with standard vitrectomy with silicone oil tamponade, the second was managed with combined scleral buckle and vitrectomy, and the third underwent a pneumatic retinopexy. Anatomic success was achieved in all 3 children with a single surgery.
