    Evaluation and Management of Conjunctival Melanoma

    Conjunctival malignant melanoma (MM) is a potentially lethal disorder with increasing prevalence. Prompt recognition and appropriate surgical management improve prognosis. Treatment is surgical excision and cryotherapy, followed by potential chemotherapy and long-term monitoring. This video reviews clinical features of MM, surgical techniques for management, recent advances in adjuvant treatments, and appropriate follow-up.
