This video presents the case of a 54-year-old man with advanced corneal ectasia secondary to hexagonal keratotomy. Due to contact lens intolerance and significant visual distortion, a femtosecond laser-assisted deep anterior lamellar keratoplasty (F-DALK) was performed with a zigzag edge profile. This case study shows surgical ease and rapid visual rehabilitation associated with F-DALK for iatrogenic keratectasia.
