• Hook incision posteriorly, making incisions flat and posterior. 
• 6.5 is greater than 6.25; that is a Malaysian ring greater than 6.25 mm.
• Stroke in jet stream. First stroke the wound, then if that doesn't work, jet stream it.
• Eddy current to find lens material
