The authors review records of endonasal dacryocystorhinostomy (En-DCR) for primary nasolacrimal duct obstruction in 52 Korean patients. Surgeons who perform En-DCR should be aware of the different intranasal structures particular to some races. In the case of Asian patients, the incinate process, middle turbinate, and agger nasi cell need to be removed to achieve a sufficient ostium.
