Cataract/Anterior Segment
This video demonstrates how to explant a posterior chamber IOL without enlarging the incision or cutting the haptic and optic. The technique involves the injection of Healon under the IOL to inflate the bag and prolapse the IOL into the anterior chamber, while a Sinskey hook supports the IOL from behind, and a lens insertion forceps folds the lens.
