In this presentation from the 2012 Annual Meeting, Dr. Thomas Oetting presents the sliding internal knot technique for late in-the-bag intraocular lens decentration. Doctors Oetting, Tsui, and Szeto developed this "SLIK" technique to secure a subluxed IOL and capsule to the sclera as an alternative to the Hoffman pocket.
