    In this segment of the Spotlight on Cataract Complications, Dr. Amar Agarwal shares a series of complications encountered after he is called into resuce a case of posterior capsule rupture. Despite multiple calamitous mishaps, Dr. Agarwal perseveres. He uses the IOL scaffold technique to remove all nuclear remnants, and then, after both haptics snap from his first planned IOL implant, he performs a glued IOL handshake technique to implant a replacement lens.
