    While external dacryocystorhinostomy (DCR) has been the gold standard treatment for nasolacrimal duct obstruction, endoscopic DCR is gaining popularity as it offers shorter surgery time and quicker recovery. This video describes a simplified approach to make the conversion from external to endonasal DCR.
