    We aim to propose a useful technique, intracameral injection of filtered air to intraoperatively manage Descemet's membrane detachment demonstrating three cases. Case 1. An IOL was successfully inserted in the bag after phacoemulsification. After removing the viscoelastics, diffuse central Descemet's membrane detachment was created during the hydration of limbal wound with balanced saline solution. Case 2. A focal Descemet's membrane detachment was made by the injector which loaded IOL after phacoemulsification. Case 3. A focal Descemet's membrane detachment was found near the limbal wound after IOL implantation. Therefore, we successfully treated all three Descemet's membrane detachment cases using the intracameral injection of filtered air during the phacoemulsification.
