This video offers options for managing removal of exposed porous orbital implants. If adequate conjunctiva exists, a secondary implant is inserted into the intraconal space posterior to Tenon’s capsule after removal of the exposed implant. In cases of insufficient conjunctiva, a dermis fat graft is performed.
