Pediatric Ophth/Strabismus, Vitreoretinal Diseases
This case was presented by Dr. Michael Repka at Pediatric Subspecialty Day 2016.
A 17-year-old girl presented with 4-week history of painless loss of vision in her right eye. Although initial thought was that she was suffering from a optic neuritis, further imaging revealed that the issue was retina-related. The final diagnosis was acute zonal occult outer retinopathy (AZOOR).
