This case was presented by Dr. Gregg Lueder at Pediatric Subspecialty Day 2016. A 9-year-old boy presented for evaluation of unequal pupils. He had a history of leukemia at age 4 and received chemotherapy following his initial diagnosis and subsequently for 2 relapses. His recent medical problems included a vesicular rash on his face and extremities. The final diagnosis is leukemic iris infiltrate.
