Periosteal Fixation for Synergistic Divergence

In this case, presented by Dr. Seyhan Bahar Ozkan at Pediatric Subspecialty Day 2016, an 8-year-old boy with synergistic divergence has had 2 operations without improvement. He presents with left exotropia at near and distance without alternation of fixation.
