Cataract/Anterior Segment
This video demonstrates innovative phacoemulsification techniques to manage posterior polar cataracts (soft and hard), intraocular foreign bodies with double capsular perforation, and vitrectomized eyes. The authors avoid hydrosteps and use nonrotational nucleus removal to successfully remove cataracts in cases of compromised posterior capsule.
