    In the eventuality of a posterior capsule rupture (PCR), anterior segment surgeons usually perform a limbal anterior vitrectomy. This video highlights the value of the pars plana approach for vitrectomy in the event of a PCR, and also guides the surgeon stepwise to perform the surgery safely.
