The options for middle-aged patients presenting with photoaging and some mid-facial edema are many. Although some patients may need multiple, invasive procedures, Dr. Richard Lisman makes the case for a “less is better” approach because many in this patient population have some degree of lymphatic stasis that accounts for their eyelid edema.
