Dr. Davinder Grover demonstrates a novel translimbal ab interno bleb revision in a 57-year-old man who underwent a trabeculectomy 3 years prior, but ultimately experienced bleb failure. Before moving to a glaucoma drainage implant, he used a new sclerostomy spatula with a flat tip. Blunt dissection was carried out under a scleral flap.  At 6 months post-revision, the patient had a diffuse posterior bleb and IOP of 10 mm Hg without medications.
