Shuttle Bus Graphics
Prominently display your advertising message on buses traveling to and from the Academy's official hotels and the convention center. The advertiser will enjoy maximum exposure as both the attendees of AAO 2024 and the general public will be able to see the coach on its route.
Distribution/Media Reach
All professional attendees who utilize the shuttle service will see this promotion, as well as those that see the buses traveling around the streets of Chicago. Buses run the duration of the meeting, Friday through Monday.
Cost
SOLD OUT $36,000 per package.
Decals are 2' H x 30' W. They are placed on the passenger loading side of each bus in the shuttle package.
Cost includes design support, production, installation and removal.
Please note: The Academy contracts with a number of bus companies in order to accommodate all AAO 2024 riders. All motorcoaches have existing branding and/or other artwork on the sides and rear of the vehicle that may include the name of the bus company and/or other graphic elements. Additionally, the color scheme of motor coaches vary from company to company. The sponsor decal is installed over top of this permanent branding to bring your message to the attendee but may not provide complete coverage.
Upgrade Options
Second Artwork for the Passenger Boarding Side of the Shuttle
Submit a second artwork file for your shuttle package.
Half of the motor coaches would be branded with the first artwork file, and half would be branded with the second artwork file. Includes design support, production, installation and removal.
Brand the Driver Side of the Shuttle
Submit an artwork file that will be placed on the driver side of all the busses in your shuttle package. Includes design support, production, installation and removal.
Headrests
Add headrests to the interior of your shuttle package for complete coverage.
Sponsor may submit up to two pieces of artwork (one for the front of the headrest, one for the back of the headrest). Includes design support, production, installation and removal.
Restrictions
Only AAO 2024 exhibitors may reserve Academy annual meeting-related promotional opportunities.
Assignment
All marketing opportunities are available on a first-come basis and are assigned at the discretion of the Academy.
