    In this video series, Dr. Richard Caesar demonstrates basic surgical skills in managing oculofacial disorders. Although for the majority of ectropion repairs the lateral tarsal strip is ideal, it may cause clothes-lining in some patients, particularly those with a hemiproptosis or midface hypoplasia. The straightforward KZ procedure is often a better approach.
