    Strabismus

This video shows a full tendon transfer performed after a full traction test to exclude restriction as the cause for limitation of eye movement. Full tendon transfers are performed for full sixth nerve palsies, double elevated palsy, chronic fourth nerve palsies, lost medial rectus muscles, and an inferior rectus paresis following an orbital floor fracture.
