Dr. Lee is a board-certified, fellowship-trained ophthalmologist at Altos Eye Physicians specializing in refractive, cornea and cataract surgery. Dr. Lee is experienced in laser (LASIK and PRK) surgery as well as therapeutic laser surgery, pterygium removal, glaucoma surgeries and complex surgeries such as replacing or suturing intraocular lenses and iris repair.
He graduated magna cum laude from Harvard College and cum laude from Harvard Law School. He attended medical school at Washington University in St. Louis before completing his ophthalmology residency at the Wilmer Eye Institute of Johns Hopkins. He was then the only ophthalmologist in the country selected to receive further training in cornea, cataract, refractive, and glaucoma surgery at Minnesota Eye Consultants, considered by many to be the most prestigious fellowship in the country. Prior to joining Altos Eye Physicians, he spent three years as a cornea and cataract specialist on the faculty at the University of Washington.
