Dr. Joshua Roe is a Major in the United States Air Force stationed at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, and serves as the director of Cornea, External Disease and Refractive Surgery for the residency training program at Madigan Army Medical Center.
Dr. Roe attended the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, earning a BS in Cell Physiology. He earned his medical degree from the University of South Florida, Morsani College of Medicine. After completing his internship and ophthalmology residency training with the Air Force in San Antonio, he subsequently spent a year as a comprehensive ophthalmologist prior to attending fellowship training. He completed his Cornea, External Disease and Refractive Surgery fellowship training at Stanford University’s Byers Eye Institute.
