Angle Foreign Body

A 55-year-old male patient received trauma by high speed rolling machine. After ten days he was seeking advice to know if there is a foreign body in his eye. On examination his visual acuity was 0.8, cornea showed a self-sealed wound, angle of the AC showed a metallic foreign body approved by CT scanning of the orbit at 6-o-clock. Foreign body was removed with the help of Koppe lens. Ten days later vision is stable.
