Bicanalicular Stent Rescue

Dr. Richard Allen presents a neat trick for completing a bicanalicular silicone intubation when one of the canaliculi is stenosed. He uses a pigtail probe to intubate the stenosed canaliculus in retrograde fashion, and then temporarily ties the tube, enabling it to slide into the nose.
