In this surgical video, Dr. Roberto Limongi demonstrates the brassiere brow contouring technique. He uses this method to fixate the orbicularis oculi muscle to the superior lateral orbital rim periosteum and stabilize the lateral brow fat pad during blepharoplasty; this technique avoids inferior displacement of the tissue caudal to the incision. To avoid lagophthalmos, Dr. Limongi advises that the most medial suture should not be placed medially to the lateral limbus line.
