Capsular Tension Ring-Capsular Hook Tangle

In this video, Dr. Ayan Mohanta details a complication he experienced when he forgot to loosen the capsular hooks before introducing a capsular tension ring (CTR). As a result, 1 of the hooks became entangled with the CTR. He ultimately decided to cut off the hook and leave it behind.
