Conjunctival Intraepithelial Neoplasia was removed from a 78-year-old man in a regional hospital before our COVID-19 outbreak. We used the "No-Touch" technique and an amniotic membrane to cover the wound bed fixed with 10-0 nylon. The tumor was removed with 2 mm of corneal margin and 4 mm of conjunctival margin. After surgery, he used 3 cycles of 1% 5FU four times a day weekly with amazing outcomes. Initial visual acuity OD HM, OS HM final OD 20/50, OS CF.
