    Cataract/Anterior Segment, Complications, IOLs and Implantation

    Dr. Anagha Heroor demonstrates the dangers of a backward lens. After realizing YAG iridotomy was insufficient to repair the lens, she removed the IOL and managed the patient with glaucoma medication, steroids and atropine drops. The patient regained 6/9 vision, with -1.5 D cylinder and a stable IOP.
