    Dr. Anagha Heroor demonstrates the dangers of backward lens. After realizing YAG iridotomy was not enough to repair the lens, she removed the IOL and managed the patient with glaucoma medication, steroids and atropine drops. The patient regained 6/9 vision, with -1.5 D cylinder and a stable IOP.
