Drs. Deepak and Bharathi Megur from India present a remarkable story about a patient with recurrent Descemet's detachment. The patient sustained a giant Descemet membrane detachment, extending all the way from the temporal phaco incision to the inferior side port, during cataract surgery. After 4 attempts injecting 20% SF6 gas tamponade and various complications, the patient’s Descemet membrane remains attached and a penetrating keratoplasty was avoided.
