This video covers three cases of Descemet’s membrane detachment. Case 1: Partial Descemet's membrane detachment occurred during viscoelastic injection through the side port. Case 2: During phacoemulsification, surgeon notices iatrogenic descemetorhexis with detached Descemet's membrane floating in the anterior chamber. Case 3: Viscoelastic was injected into the layers of cornea causing Descemet's membrane detachment which the surgeon did not notice, which resulted in performing rhexis in Descemet's membrane.
