Dr. Virendra Agrawal fixes a dislocated glued IOL, which occurred 7 days after original, uneventful cataract surgery. Using the pre-existing ports, he refashions scleral tunnels using a 26-gauge needle. He then gently lifts the IOL from the vitrectomized eye, and externalizes the haptics. Both haptics are tugged into the refashioned scleral tunnel and secured using sutures.
