The DLEK Waltz

This film shows a challenging case of a dislocated DLEK (deep lamellar endothelial keratoplasty) lenticule into the vitreous cavity with a sclera fixated Ophtec aniridia lens. It is a challenging procedure to remove the lenticule with a size of 7.5mm and 200µm thickness from the posterior pole through a large sclerotomy.
